If I could give Carol the racist stylist zero stars I would. Months back Carol was my stylist and told me how ridiculous I was for wearing a mask. She went on and on about how she would never wear a mask and how ridiculous people like me were. I was taken aback by her comments and refrained from going to this location again. I checked today and saw there were two stylists available and neither were her. As I show up she is there and is the next stylist available. She immediately tells me I need to remove my mask, I replied I wasn't going to remove my mask. Carol proceeded to sigh and roll her eyes and told me I needed to remove my mask from my ears and hold it the entire time over my mouth. Once finished she wipes the hair off my arm that was holding my mask and giggles. I can only imagine how much business is lost over her unprofessional attitude. Never again will my family and I go to this location.
